What is a RHINOBAG™? |
RHINOBAG™ is the new cost-effective alternative to dump bin rentals. Large bins have limitations in the residential market and mini bins have not yet proven to be cost-effective. RHINOBAG™ offers a simple solution. Buy a bag, fill it up and call the RHINOBAG™ professionals to take it away. |
How does it work? |
It's easy! Buy a RHINOBAG™ at your local building center, hardware store or garden center. Take it home or to your job site, or store it away in your vehicle or closet until you need it. When ready fill it up with waste you need removed and call us to arrange payment and collection. Online payment is available as well. |
How big is a RHINOBAG™? |
The Giant Bag measures 51" x 51" x 40" (1.3m x 1.3m x 1m). It has a 3300-pound (1.5 metric ton) capacity. It will expand in excess of 3cu yards, depending on material put in it. It is the perfect contractor bag. |
What can go into my RHINOBAG™? |
Any household waste, building waste, rubble, concrete, shingles, grass, branches, garden waste, soil, rock, bricks, drywall, or paint cans with no paint in them. The RHINOBAG™ can handle it all! |
What cannot go into my RHINOBAG™? |
We cannot accept any toxic or hazardous materials; paint cans with paint in them, oil, batteries, propane or gas tanks, fluorescent tubes, etc. Please refer to disclosure form. |
Is there a weight limit? |
The Giant Bag should only be filled to the top of the bag. For heavier material, the weight restriction of 3300 pounds (1.5 metric ton) should be maintained.
We reserve the right to surcharge you, should you go over the accepted weight. |

Can I fill it to the top? |
RHINOBAG™ can be filled to the top with most rubble(with the exception of guided materials to the prescribed height), unlike our competitors. |
How much does it cost? |
Suggested retail of the Giant Bag is $39.95 and $29.95 for the Mid Size Bag. The retailer reserves the right to discount the price.
The collection charges are dependant on the area you live in. Tipping fees vary from community to community.
Pick up price of $159.95 plus disposal fees for the Giant Size Bag and $129.95 plus disposal fees for the Mid Size Bag. |
Do I get to keep the RHINOBAG™ after collection? |
Unfortunately for safety reasons we can not let the client retain the bag. RHINOBAG™ is a one time use. |
How do I pay for collection? |
RHINOBAG™ accepts VISA, Master Card and American Express. Your card will be preauthorized but payment will not happen until your RHINOBAG™ is picked up.

How long before collection? |
We strive to pick up within THREE business days (this number is usually overachieved)." Please ensure your bag is ready for pick up before placing your order. |
Where do I place my RHINOBAG™ so that the truck can reach it? |
Please remember that we will be picking up your RHINOBAG™ with a truck and crane. The center of your RHINOBAG™ must be placed on your yard or your driveway, no further than thirteen feet from the edge of the street, alley, or driveway.
Your RHINOBAG™ must be placed on your property no further than 10 feet from the street. |
Driving the Rhino truck onto your driveway |
If you place your bag on your driveway please write: "DRIVEWAY OK" on the waiver form attached to your bag and place it into the document pouch. Your driveway must be at least 10 feet wide to accommodate the Rhino truck. The center of your RHINOBAG™ must be placed on your property no further than 10 feet from any point on your driveway. |

The center of the RHINOBAG™ must be placed on your property no further than 10 feet from the alley. (NOTE: Collection truck needs 10 feet clearance to turn into a driveway from an alley. Your bag must be accessible from the alley). |

The truck must always have fifteen feet of overhead clearance from trees, overhead power lines, and house over hang, etc. |
What are some RHINOBAG™ tips? |
- Make sure you read the instructions listed on the retail pack and attached to the RHINOBAG™.
